Where do you ship from?
We ship from two strategic locations: Amsterdam, Netherlands and Arizona, USA. We automatically select the optimal shipping origin based on your location for fastest delivery times.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all US states and all countries in Europe. We also ship to many other countries worldwide. During checkout, you can enter your address to see if we ship to your location. Some restrictions may apply based on local regulations.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:
  • USA: 1-3 business days
  • Europe: 2-4 business days
  • Other countries: 5-10 business days
All orders are shipped via express services from FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes, all orders are packaged in plain, unmarked boxes with no external indications of contents. The return address is neutral and doesn't identify us as a chemical supplier.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, all orders include tracking numbers. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. For express shipping options, you'll receive real-time tracking updates.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, we have a reshipment policy. Contact our support team with your order number and details, and we'll resolve the issue promptly. Please note that we're not responsible for customs seizures in restricted countries.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. If you receive a product that doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or credit.
