RETURNS POLICY OVERVIEW
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition with all packaging intact.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
FIREARM-RELATED RESTRICTIONS APPLY - Due to the nature of firearm parts and accessories, certain items cannot be returned for safety and legal compliance reasons. See "Non-Returnable Items" below.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Late returns will not be accepted.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided
- Item must not be in the "Non-Returnable Items" category below
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@gunmods.com with your order number
- Receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA
- Include the RMA number on the shipping label
- Use a trackable shipping service and retain your tracking number
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bitcoin Payments: Refunds are issued in Bitcoin to the original wallet address
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method again. Then contact your bank or payment processor. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURNS PROCESS
Follow these steps to complete your return request successfully.
Contact Support
Email support@gunmods.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
Receive RMA
We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address.
Ship Item Back
Package the item securely with all original packaging and ship to our return address.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to safety concerns, legal restrictions, and industry standards, certain items cannot be returned.
Safety & Hygiene Items
Items that cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons:
- Opened chemical products
- Used cleaning kits
- Personal protective equipment
- Lubricants or solvents
Legal & Compliance Items
Items restricted by law or compliance requirements:
- Serialized firearm components
- ATF-regulated items
- State-specific restricted items
- Custom or special order items
Installed or Modified Items
Items that have been installed, modified, or used:
- Installed firearm parts
- Modified or altered items
- Damaged or incomplete items
- Items missing original packaging

Standard Returns
For eligible returns that meet all policy requirements and are received in good condition.
Defective Items
For items determined to be defective or damaged upon arrival. Replacement shipping included.
Payment Method Differences
Bank transfers: 3-5 days • Bitcoin: 1-3 days (network confirmation required) • Apple Pay/Zelle: 3-7 days
