WARRANTY POLICY TERMS

1. Warranty Coverage

Our Lifetime Warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Flaws in materials or workmanship
  • Component Failure: Premature wear or failure under normal use
  • Material Defects: Issues with 7075-T6 aluminum, titanium, or hardened steel components
  • Finishing Defects: Problems with MIL-SPEC anodizing or coatings
  • Installation Support: Free technical support for warranty claims

Note: Warranty coverage begins from the original date of purchase and is transferable with proof of purchase.

2. Warranty Claims Process

To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at support@gunmods.com with your order number
  • Provide detailed description of the issue with photos or video if possible
  • Our technical team will assess the claim and provide instructions
  • If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Once received, we'll repair or replace the item and ship it back to you

Processing Time: Most warranty claims are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item.

3. Defective Items Policy

For items that arrive defective or damaged:

  • Immediate Replacement: Defective items are replaced immediately at no cost
  • Free Return Shipping: Prepaid return labels provided for defective items
  • Priority Processing: Defective items receive expedited handling
  • Full Refund Option: Option for refund if replacement is not available

Important: Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Photos of the defect in the original packaging are required.

4. Limitations and Exclusions

The following are NOT covered by our warranty:

  • Damage from improper installation, modification, or misuse
  • Wear and tear from normal use over time
  • Damage from accidents, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Consequences of using non-compliant ammunition or improper firearm maintenance
